At Courts, our customers come first, and we value the trust they have placed in our brand over many years.

We have confirmed that a data leak occurred on our old e-commerce Platform, Shop Courts (www.shopcourts.com) in August 2023, and we took immediate action.

Our e-commerce customers can be assured that none of their payment methods (any credit card or Ready Finance account data) or password information was exposed in the incident. Only customers who had shopped on shopcourts.com were effected; if you shopped in Courts retail stores or by telephone, your data was not exposed.

In early September 2023, we completely upgraded our e-commerce platform and retired shopcourts.com, replacing it with a new website with a familiar design, Courts.com (www.courts.com). This is the website you are on right now.  This new technology and online shopping environment enforces heightened measures and strengthens our security levels accordingly, to provide a secure shopping experience that ensures your data is protected -- now and in the future.
