Mechanics:

ENTRY SELECTIONS Mechanics: Customers must apply for a loan of $80,000 JMD or more at any COURTS READY CASH location between February 19th 2024 - April 18th 2024 with a repayment period of 18 months to be automatically be entered for a chance to win a weekly prize. Customers must meet the Courts Ready Cash loan requirement criteria.

Customers must select the repayment option of a minimum 18 months.

The Competition is applicable to only persons 18 years or older in Jamaica. Details of Prizes

Eight (8) Winners will be selected in total over an 8-week period with the initial selection of entries done electronically by the IT department weekly via script outlining the parameters.

Week 1 – March 7, 2024 (Qualifying period February 19, 2024 to February 28, 2024) One (1) winner of $60,000 JMD Cash

Week 2 – March 14, 2024 (Qualifying period February 19, 2024 to March 7, 2024) One (1) winner of $70,000 JMD Cash

Week 3 – March 21, 2024 (Qualifying period February 19, 2024 to March 14, 2024) One (10) winners of $80,000 JMD Cash

Week 4 – March 28, 2024 (Qualifying period February 19, 2024 to March 21, 2024) One (1) winner of $90,000 JMD Cash

Week 5 – April 4, 2024 (Qualifying period February 19, 2024 to March 28, 2024) One (1) winner of $100,000 JMD Cash

Week 6 – April 11, 2024 (Qualifying period February 19, 2024 to April 4, 2024) One (1) winner of a 65” TCL TV + 4yr Warranty w/Supa Shield (Valued at $150,000 JMD)

Week 7 – April 18, 2024 (Qualifying period February 19, 2024 to April 11, 2024) One (1) winner of an AKT bike w/ 1 year Insurance, Registration and Fitness (Valued at $250,000 JMD)

Week 8 (Grand Draw) – April 25, 2024 (Qualifying period February 19, 2024 to April 18, 2024) One (1) winner of a 2024 Hyundai Creta with 1 year Insurance, Registration and Fitness (valued at $7.2 Million JMD)

Method of Selection of winners:

Weekly winners will be selected for 8 weeks starting from Thursday, 7th March, 2024, and will be picked from a random draw, pooled with all valid entrants via the Random picker software from a compilation of all loan applicants from all Courts Ready Cash locations.

The winners’ names will be published weekly on the Courts Ready Cash Jamaica Facebook and Instagram pages. The page is @courtsreadycashjamaica.

There will be one (1) winner of $60,000 JMD Cash ; One (1) winner of $70,000 JMD Cash ; One (1) winner of 80,000 JMD Cash, One (1) winner of $90,000 JMD Cash, One (1) winner of $100,000 JMD Cash, One (1) winner of a 65” TCL TV + 4yr Warranty w/Supa Shield (Valued at $150,000 JMD),

One (1) winner of an AKT bike w/ 1 year Insurance, Registration and Fitness (Valued at $250,000 JMD and One (1) winner of a 2024 Hyundai Creta with 1 year Insurance, Registration and Fitness (valued at $7.2 Million JMD).

Each successful winner automatically becomes disqualified for entry in the remainder of the promotion. Each unsuccessful entrant will be automatically re-entered in the following week for another chance to win. A total of three calls will be made to the winner over a 24-hour period. If the winner does not respond to the call of winning or acceptance of the prize within 24 hours, that person becomes disqualified, and another applicant will be selected using the Random picker software. Each week, the winner will be randomly selected digitally and announced via radio and on the Courts Ready Cash digital platforms. Winners will be presented with their prizes. A valid ID will be required such as a driver’s license, or passport, National ID.

Date of selection Weekly draws will be conducted on 7th March, 14th March, 21st March, 28th March, 4th April, 11th April, 18th April and the Grand Draw will be conducted on 25th April, 2024 and winners will be selected between 2pm and 3 pm. Each draw will be done with an auditor present. All draws will take place at Unicomer Jamaica Ltd, 10 Oxford Road, Kingston 5. All entries for the previous draws will roll over into the next weekly draw and grand draws including winning entries.

NB: Cut off time to be eligible to enter on the dates of draws is 4:30 pm

All prizes must be collected within thirty (30) days after being notified. Excluded Entities: employees of Unicomer (Jamaica) Limited and their family members (parents, siblings, children, and spouses living in the same household) are not permitted to enter this competition.

Medium of Notifying Winners

Winners will be notified via telephone call three times over a 24-hour period via calling the mobile number provided. If the phone rings 5 times and there is no response, then this will be considered a failed call. If there is no response, then a backup winner will be selected. Winners must be 18 years or older. Names of winners will be posted on the Courts Ready Cash Jamaica Facebook and Instagram pages. The page is @courtsreadycashjamaica. Winners in Jamaica will collect prizes at the Courts Ready Cash Store located at 79-81 A Crossroads, Slipe Road, Kingston 5 If winners do not come in to claim their prize via providing their banking details within seven days of being confirmed; the prize will be retained by the company and can be used for future promotions. Bank transfers will be made within thirty (30) days after the winner has come in and provided banking information.

If a winner is unable to collect their cash prize personally, then he/she can authorize and confirm the name of the person he/she is sending of their behalf and send the authorized person with the winner’s ID, letter authorized by JP, and banking information. However, winners of the 65” TCL TV, AKT bike and 2024 Hyundai Creta must personally come into the Courts Ready Cash location to collect their prize.

Winners are asked to respond to the telephone call within 24 hrs.
